Laugh 10 time everyday. Stop and smell the flowers at least once a day, even in winter there are flowers if you look for them. Treat everyone as an equal. Respect and you will be respected. Stand firm but listen and if it will benefit the whole, bend a little. Stop, look and listen, and I don't mean just for the railroad tracks or the traffic. Walk a little slower and enjoy what we are given. Slow dow to the speed limit and look at the country, you'll get there just as fast, you'll be more relaxed, and you may learn something if you open your heart and your mind.
